What is iHerb’s return policy?
iHerb allows you to return any product within 60 days of being purchased. In our experience, we’ve never encountered a problem as long we initiated the return within the 60 day window.
How To Return an iHerb Product
Here are the exact steps we follow when returning products. iHerb calls this the “online return process” (RMA):
- Sign in to your iHerb account
- Click here to go to your Order History page, scroll down, and look for the Order Details button (or order number)
- Click the “Refunds/Returns” button from the right side
- You will fill out a Return Form to receive the Return Label Email
Note: To make the process go faster, we typically upload pictures of the item(s) that we want to return. Please note that you can only see the Refunds/Returns button after the estimated delivery time has passed. Only orders with “Delivered” Status and within 60 days of being purchased can be processed for return/refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund from iHerb?
Typically, once the iHerb Returns department receives our order, we receive an email informing us that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email usually include the amount of the refund for our records. Other important information:
- After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international) for us to receive and process your return.
- If you’re receiving a refund after they have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund fully.
You can check the status of your order that was returned/refunded in your Order history.
What Country Does iHerb Ship From?
iHerb ships to over 150 different countries. They ship products from one of several warehouses located in the US and one in South Korea, mainly for orders to Asia. In the US, they have warehouses in California, Kentucky, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. We live not too far from the California facility, so shipping is always fast. All packages will ship from one of these warehouses depending on where it is shipping to.
International Shipping: How will my order ship?
iHerb offers various shipping options to suit your budget and timeframe. For most countries, they ship via DHL, UPS, or Global Mail (Local Post).
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. To see the shipping rate for your country, please first add the items to your Shopping Cart, click the Change link to select your country, and enter your zip code (if applicable) then click the “Calculate” button.
How do I track my order?
It’s easiest to track your order on your My Account Page. Go to your Orders page and look for the orange “Track My Package” button. View my Orders
